ABOUT ME
Hello everyone,
My name is Hanh, and I’d like to share a little about my background. I’ve always been passionate about sports growing up, you’d either find me running around the playground or taking part in school activities.
But the journey wasn’t always easy. For years, I struggled with my weight, a lack of confidence in how I looked and felt, and persistent acne that affected me for over 20 years. Fitness became not just a hobby, but a way to rebuild my confidence, improve my health, and transform both my body and mindset.
For 12 years, I worked in sales, living the typical city life of 9–6 days followed by evenings at the gym. My colleagues often joked, “Hanh, you’re always eating healthy and training, why don’t you do it professionally?”
In 2016, I finally took the leap. During a six-week sabbatical, I completed a Personal Training course and it changed everything. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others achieve their goals, sharing my knowledge, and motivating people to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in tip top shape.

WEIGHT LOSS NUTRITION COACHING
The biggest challenge for the majority of people in my experience with weight loss are their nutrition intake. With help and motivation to guide you when to eat and what to eat will be a step closer to your goal. It involves a nutrition guidance plan for you to follow.
